We use DPD for the delivery of our nail products.

Offering later collections and earlier deliveries, we give you unmatched flexibility when you need it. With real time tracking and scan visibility, you know where your nail products are at every stage of the delivery journey. DPD’s innovative communications solutions offer interactive messaging to our customers telling them when their parcel will arrive, giving them peace of mind and flexibility.
We will accept a product for return or exchange only within 14 days of purchase.

The product must be in original condition and packaging, unopened, unused and accompanied by a copy of your receipt. We will inspect a product before approval on return or exchange. Customer is responsible for a return postage.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, except in the case of damaged goods.

If an error has been made with the order we will refund the cost of the order and the delivery.

If product is faulty, notify ROYAL NAIL ART within 24 hours and keep all original packaging. Our customer support representative will help you to arrange a return or exchange of the defective product.

Exclusions on Returns

For hygiene reasons, we will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on following items:

Hair Brushes/Combs,
Hair Extensions,
Cosmetics and Make Up Products,
Scissors,
Beauty Implements,
Trimmers.
Damaged Products

ROYAL NAIL ART is NOT responsible for damages incurred during transportation to delivery address. Customer has to notify the delivery man of the damage and contact the delivery company in order to inform them about the damage and place a claim.
